TAM-Dinar Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions (T&C) of TAM-Dinar which is made available to you by the Payment International Enterprise B.S.C., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, having its address is at Office No 41 Al Saffar House Building 1042 Road 3621 Block 436 AlSeef District Bahrain (referred to in this T&C as ‘PIE, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’).
By using the services provided by PIE through the PIE’s Kiosks you have accepted all T&C set out herein. PIE may amend T&C from time to time at its discretion. PIE reserve the right to amend the T&C without any prior notice or notification and updated T&C will be available for review on www.pie-int.com. Services mentioned in (Services) are provided by PIE for the purchase of TAM-Dinar receipt for government fees and services
TAM Dinar is a proprietary product of Payment International Enterprise BSC © approved by Central Bank of Bahrain as Ancillary service provider. TAM Dinar is a virtual voucher issued from Self Service Machines (Kiosks) against cash deposited by the customer.
Tam Dinar voucher details are printed on a receipt which consist of voucher number, CVV number, amount as balance which can be used for payment.
Terms & conditions on the usage of TAM Dinar
Eligibility
To access the Services, you confirm that:
1. you are 18years or older.
2. you are not legally prohibited from receiving the Services in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
– You agree to notify PIE if any of the above information is subject to a change or has changed.
– You must provide PIE at any time with any information that we may require or may be required by applicable laws, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), any regulatory authority or any financial partner to (i) offer the Services and (ii) verify your identity.
Limits
Tam Dinar cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash
– TAM Dinar is accepted at major Government locations / department as an alternate to Cash payment.
– Payment International Enterprise BSC © offers an option for customer to specify / link CPR and Mobile number while issuing the Tam Dinar.
– PIE shall not be held responsible for inaccurate customer information, you are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the details you provide in the customer details page.
– TAM Dinar is valid for 24 Months from issuance month. You will not be able to use TAM-Dinar receipt after its expiry date. Any funds un-used on your TAM-Dinar balance after the date of expiry (24 months from issuance) will not be available for use.
– Minimum value to issue a TAM Dinar is 0.500 BHD and Maximum Value is BHD 500.000. Subject to Central Bank of Bahrain Approval – higher value per TAM Dinar is permitted at selected locations.
– Once the voucher balance reaches zero and / or you consume all the amount from the voucher, this agreement will automatically be terminated and your right to use the voucher will cease.
– PIE will not be liable for any claims or refunds after 27 months of unused credits from the issued month.
Fees
– You agree that in some cases, the transaction amount will also include fees, charges, and value-added tax (VAT) payable on such transaction and it is your responsibility prior to approving the processing of a transaction to review the amount(s) of such transaction.
– PIE reserves the right to amend or change or introduce any fee or charge applicable to the Services; such amendments and changes or introductions shall be updated and can be viewed on the website.
– You are solely responsible for keeping up to date with any changes in fees and charges. PIE will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or any other form of damage caused by its changes to fees or charges.
– PIE Will deactivate TAM-Dinar when it is not used for 24 months, you will be able to claim a refund by contacting PIE call centre.
– PIE will charge a dormancy fee of BD 5 for any expired TAM-Dinar credits, the fee will be monthly and the maximum duration for the fee will be 3 months.
Statement
– If any balances remain on TAM-Dinar for more than 3 months after expiry date, it will not be refunded.
– PIE will not be held responsible for any un-used Balance claims by the holder of an expired TAM-Dinar.
– PIE will not be liable for any claims or refunds after 27 months of unused credits from the issued month.
– PIE management will deal with any claim on case-to-case basis and reserve the right to reject any claim.
